READ CAREFULLY THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE TAKING THE SELF-DRIVE VEHICLE

• Wear a seatbelt while driving, & keep your original driver’s license & government ID proof.
• One whose license is updated in the software will drive only.
• You cannot transfer Ownership of the vehicle to anyone.
• While hiring the car, fill calculated fuel in the vehicle as km run because if fuel is left in the car, there will be no compromise. (Formula to calculate fuel: Total KM given / Average of the vehicle * today’s fuel price)
• Rush driving is not permitted, & ₹ 500/- will be fined for driving the vehicle at over 100 speed (after 1 warning)
• A ₹300/- washing charge will be deducted if the vehicle is given more dirt.
• A toll tax will be deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit will be returned when the vehicle is handed over.
• In the event of any damage, the security deposit will be returned after the vehicle is repaired.
• Any extension or delay has to be communicated beforehand.
• The person who uploaded their document on HRS software will be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or legal infractions during the rental period & is also responsible for any tax, traffic violations, parking tickets, or other legal issues incurred during the rental period.
• Fuel & tolls are not included with the rental booking and have to be borne by the customer. 
• If the vehicle runs more than the given distance, then extra-kilometer charges will be applicable, Ask before the HRS team.
• Drinking and smoking are not allowed in the car.
• You’ll have to drive the vehicle on the given scheduled road trip plan.
• Avoid distractions such as mobile phones, eating, or radio adjustments.
• The vehicle cannot be used for any race, competition, stunt, or other activities not covered under self-driving.
• Please keep checking the handle lock and diggy lock every time you park the car.
• Park the car at the parking point only every time.
• HRS official pick & drop timing 10 am to 06 pm.
• If the vehicle is returned late, the extra 300 Rs/hr charges will be applicable.
• HRS can change or cancel vehicles anytime for any casualty.
• We will hold your vehicle until the date specified by you. Even if you arrive late on that date, the trip will be counted from that date.
• In the case of vehicle damage, if the damage is less than ₹50,000/-, then all costs will be borne by the customer, & if the damage is more than ₹50,000/-, then insurance will be applicable. The customer must pay the fine charge, crane charge, & insurance gap amount. The customer will have to pay the daily rent (from the current vehicle rent) for the damaged vehicle as long as it is parked in the garage. Ask for more from the HRS team.
